Systemic collaboration

Stakeholder Engagement
Following on from the Pre-commissioning process, clients continue to set out an engagement plan with their  stakeholders.  Clients are often surprised by whom they need to engage, how and when.  We help navigate this part of the process - particularly if it is complex and the stakes are high.

Whole organisation/ self-organising networks (bespoke projects and programmes)

These arise according to context.  Examples include:

  • Leadership Development: Being asked to draw together a framework based on a series of facilitated workshops with Senior and Middle Managers in a Metropolitan Authority; and subsequently being commissioned to design and deliver their Leadership Programme to first, second and third tier Managers.
