  Profiling: Leaders and Teams  
 
  There are very many profiling tools on the market. 

We favour two very different frameworks for very two different reasons. 

Our first, aids senior leaders to understand at a profound level, how and why they experience the challenges they face.   The insights it affords can bring about deep personal transformation.  The Global Leadership Profile (developed by Prof. Bill Torbert) is a vital resource enabling leaders to recognise and understand their current systemic capacities - supporting them on the journey to extend themselves.

Our second helps people in teams to see and understand what flow looks like in others and that every person's contribution is vital and has its 'right time' in a cycle of creativity.  It can also reveal what 'flow' elements are missing or where there is too much of one element - both of which may explain why a team could be struggling.  Both offer breakthrough insights for clients when used in the 'right' way at the 'right' time. 


Global Leadership Profile (Action Logics)
Generally we only offer this option to senior leaders who are experiencing real challenges with the scale and pace of change and complexity around them.  The LDF identifies and helps to explain how individuals make meaning and take action in the world.  The descriptors within the profile are called Action Logics.  As this extract from the originators explains:
'Your primary Action Logic has a profound impact on your leadership approach and capability because it affects where you place your attention, your underlying assumptions, what inferences you draw and crucially the actions you take'.
This more complex profiling tool requires highly skilled analysis and can only be undertaken if you engage in at least one 75 minute debrief with an authorised coach - of which Louie Gardiner is one.

Talent Dynamics

Talent Dynamics supports Teams to recognise, recruit and leverage flow of the individuals enabling everyone to play to their strengths, enjoy what they do and bring the best of themselves in service to each other and the overall purpose and work of the team.
