Approved P6 Constellation Practitioners
playing with the P6 Constellation
Currently we have five stages of learning with the P6 Constellation: POPIA equips you to be a Self-Practitioner enabling you to start seeing the world differently, establishing a new paradigm and practice for developing self-mastery. For those wishing to support others in a professional capacity, you can progress to Approved Practitioner status at four scales: 1-1 Practitioner, Group Practitioner, Associate Supervisor and Associate Trainer. To gain and retain Approved Status, you will continue participating, sharing and learning in our Community in Practice (CiP).
Approved P6C 1-1 Practitioner
POPIA participants experience for themselves the power of the P6 Constellation to bring about personal transformational shifts. It takes practice to integrate this pioneering approach in support of our ongoing personal development. It takes committed practice with other learners to develop the confidence and sufficient acuity, agility and fluency to support other people facing challenges in their own lives. As P6 Constellation practitioners, we need to go there first before presuming to work with others.
Approved P6C Group Practitioner
Approved 1-1 Practitioners wishing to use the P6 Constellation with groups will need to undertake further training (3 days), engage in deeper peer-reviewed self-reflective practice, continue with the above bulleted points and commit to only running such sessions in partnership with other approved P6 Constellation Practitioners. Further details of this next-level approved status are made available to those participating in our Community in Practice.
Approved P6C Associate Supervisor & Trainer
Those progressing to Associate Supervisor or Trainer status, similarly continue their learning and engagement as above. In addition, they will undertake advanced training and will be expected to shadow, support and contribute to the delivery of P6 Constellation Learning Events alongside the Lead Trainer.
P6C Community in Practice (CiP) 1-day gatherings
The P6 Constellation Community in Practice gathers several times a year. We run these 1-day sessions on a ‘bring and share’ basis. We share food at lunch. We share our experiences, insights, challenges and learning. We practice with each other on real-time, live issues that call for our attention. In so doing, we deepen our relationships and strengthen our presence-in-action praxis, which in turn, enhances our Systemic Agency (TM). Participating wholly and wholeheartedly in these gatherings helps us safeguard our trustworthiness not only as P6 Constellation Practitioners but also as individuals in relationships with others, connected into our families, our communities and organisations.
