Presence in Action Practitioner Training
transforming lives with the P6 Constellation
Currently we have five scales of learning which develop, reflect and acknowledge your capacity to work with more people ‘in the room’ using the P6 Constellation. This means handling greater complexity and unpredictability. POPIA equips you to be a Self-Practitioner enabling you to develop greater resilience, resourcefulness and self-mastery. To be recognised as a Community Accepted Practitioner (CAP) you will need to join our Community-in-Practice (CiP) and participate in CiP gatherings at least twice a year.
COMMUNITY ACCEPTED PRACTITIONER (CAP) PROGRESSION
For those wishing to support others in a professional capacity, you can progress to: CAP2: 1-1 Practitioner; CAP3: Group Practitioner; CAP4: Associate Supervisor; and CAP5: Associate Trainer. To gain and retain your status at these scales, you will embrace our CAP Commitments.
CAP2: 1-1 Practitioner
POPIA participants experience the power of the P6 Constellation to bring about personal transformational shifts. It takes practice to integrate this pioneering approach in support of our ongoing personal development. It takes committed practice with other learners to develop the confidence and sufficient acuity, agility and fluency to support other people facing challenges in their own lives. As P6 Constellation practitioners, we need to go there first before presuming to work with others. People wishing to become 1-1 Practitioners declare their interest. They attend a 2-day CAP2 Orientation training and embrace the CAP Commitments. Full details are made available to those wishing to progress.
CAP3: Group Practitioner
CAP2 Practitioners wishing to use the P6 Constellation with groups undertake a 3-day CAP3 training and embrace the CAP Commitments. To extend their own learning, they support the delivery of EPIA (CAP0) and POPIA (CAP1) learning events as Practice Partners for new participants. They also commit to only running P6 Constellation group sessions in partnership with other CAPs. Full details are made available to those wishing to progress.
CAP4 & 5: Associate Supervisor & Associate Trainer
Those progressing to CAP4 and CAP5 status undertake advanced training bringing together practice and theory and they embrace the CAP Commitments. They support the delivery of CAP2 and CAP3 learning events as Practice Partners. In addition, they shadow and contribute to the delivery of EPIA and POPIA learning events alongside the Lead Trainer.
