Executive Coaching & Coach Supervision

enabling professional transformation
Executives who handle enormous complexity, ambiguity and uncertainty on a daily basis often find themselves isolated. All of us can benefit from talking with people we trust, who can help us access our best thinking. Reflecting on and exploring what is present in each situation, helps us discern and discover what to do or how to navigate through the dilemmas and challenges we are facing.
Louie Gardiner offers dedicated, one-to-one quality thinking time for executives to reflect, discover and discern what is blocking clarity and momentum. She draws on 35+ years of working in – and working out how to survive and thrive – in such complex contexts. Her unique synthesis from diverse fields of practice and learning helps people develop and trust in their own resourcefulness and resilience. People get unstuck, experience a renewed sense of inner coherence and find themselves liberated into flow. Accessing this state of being, brings joy, unleashes potential and channels energy and focus into enhanced performance which impacts beneficially into all aspects of their lives and work. Our clients not only resolve current challenges, they palpably experience the difference between ‘doing’ and presence-in-action. Over time, they extend this core capacity into the meta-capacity of Systemic Agency.
As a hugely experienced Executive Coach and Coaching Supervisor with a distinctive approach, Louie is sought out to provide training and supervision to coaches and mentors. Her novel frameworks are increasingly in demand by leaders and professional practitioners as well as other people who do not ‘fit’ into those labels. This has brought about a shift in what we offer in Potent 6 and how we offer it.
Louie now trains and supervises people and practitioners whose contributions span coaching, mentoring, healthcare, mediation, teaching, social services, faith-based fellowships and many more. She offers supervision to anyone who is engaged in paid or voluntary support of others. Supervision in this context is NOT a managerial function. It is an aid to develop one’s own reflective and reflexive practice, the heart of which is to ‘safeguard our own trustworthiness’ as a way to safeguard those whose lives we touch.
Anyone who participates in the Power of Presence-in-Action (POPIA) with a view to working with others is strongly encouraged to take up supervision with Louie and to participate in our P6 Constellation Community in Practice (CiP) . This is our collective commitment to safeguarding the ongoing development and reputation of the P6 Constellation, our own personal/professional practice and our impact on those with whom we share it.
